Welcome to Dumb Ol' Dad, the one stop shop for all the valuable advice my kids don't want but I think you can benefit from greatly! After all I've paid off everything I own, learned to make 20-36% on my money with very low risk, and exchange my career for multiple income streams that I find satisfying. If your a parent I think you can relate as you see your kids make decisions against your advice that winds up making their life harder. I think the mistakes however are necessary before you can start to appreciate the advice. I certainly didn't get to my situation without many mistakes along the way.
